REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns & Refunds
At Backroad Prints, every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, wrong color selection, or changes of mind.

We do accept returns or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives with an issue, we’ll make it right.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Backroad Prints covers all costs for defective or incorrect items.


Non-Returnable Situations
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Wrong color or design chosen
  • Change of mind after ordering

Please double-check sizing charts and order details before purchasing.


Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.


Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
