Backroad Prints operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Backroad Prints is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We may attempt to contact you if changes or cancellations are required.

Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Purchases are intended for personal use only and not resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING.   Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. Prices shown at checkout apply at time of purchase.

 

 

Prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated.

You agree to provide accurate payment and account information. Charges must be honored by your payment provider and you agree to pay all applicable charges and taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY.   All products are made to order and fulfilled through our third-party print-on-demand partner. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

 

 

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All content, branding, and materials within the Services are owned by Backroad Prints or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

 

 

Services may be used for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS.               We may provide access to third-party tools without warranties or responsibility for their operation. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

 

 

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS.           We are not responsible for third-party websites or materials accessed through our Services. Use them at your own risk.

 

 

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY.                                               Backroad Prints operates independently of Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between customers and Backroad Prints.

 

 

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY.     Personal information collected is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

 

 

Information may be shared with Shopify and service partners to provide Services.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK.                           Any feedback submitted grants us rights to use it without compensation. Feedback must not violate third-party rights or laws.

SECTION 19 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT.   These Terms represent the entire agreement between parties.

 

 

SECTION 20 - ASSIGNMENT.                     We may assign rights under these Terms; customers may not without consent.

 

 

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW.         These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
